I've spent the last twenty years making brands impossible to ignore, and I still get a kick out of every single brief.
I started at Sony Pictures and AXN, then led MTV Latin America's creative team through its shift from music videos to original production, working shoulder to shoulder with creative directors around the world. At Telemundo/NBC I directed the on-air department and helped lift audience share 15% in just 90 days. After running my own agency for a decade, I spent six years in-house at Office Depot, modernizing the brand experience and picking up awards for the Q4 Christmas, Black Friday, Back to School, Canva and Imagine Success campaigns along the way, adding to the broadcast Promax and BDA awards from my early career.
I'm hands-on. I concept, design, art-direct and produce, and I build teams that ship on brief, on time and on budget. I'm also AI-native: Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, Google's Nano Banana, Adobe CC and Firefly, and Claude live in my daily workflow, speeding things up without ever lowering the quality bar. What I want next is simple. A brand I can grow with, a team I can mentor, and work we're all proud to put our names on.
